Custer waltzed into their match on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Douglas Patriots by a score of 2-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 last Tuesday.

While Custer won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-16.

Custer's win bumped their record up to 11-1. As for Douglas, their defeat was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-11.

Custer wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-1 victory against South on the 12th. As for Douglas, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 win against Lead-Deadwood on the 12th.
