Sanger has gone 8-2 against Bullard recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Sanger Apaches will head out to challenge the Bullard Knights at 3:00 p.m. Bullard took a loss in their last game and will be looking to turn the tables on Sanger, who comes in off a win.

Sanger's defense heads into the match hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Thursday. They put the hurt on Justin Garza with a sharp 3-0 victory. Given the Apaches' advantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 101st, while the Guardians are ranked 455th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Cesar Romo and Alfredo Cardenas scored all three of Sanger's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 16 goals.

Meanwhile, Bullard lost 4-1 to Edison on Thursday.

Sanger is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a massive bump to their 9-4-4 record this season. As for Bullard, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-6-2.

Sanger took their win against Bullard in their previous matchup back in January of 2024 by a conclusive 3-0. The rematch might be a little tougher for Sanger since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
