Madison came tearing into Wednesday's contest with 12 straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Canyon Ridge Riverhawks by a score of 71-58. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 62-43 back in January.

Despite the loss, Canyon Ridge still got an impressive performance from Mason Hill, who almost dropped a double-double on 15 points and nine boards. Hill has been hot, having posted eight or more rebounds the last eight times he's played. Dylan Brown was another key player, putting up ten points.

Madison's victory was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-1. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 73.8 points per game. As for Canyon Ridge, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-12 record this season.
