Football Recap: Green Bay West Takes a Loss

Green Bay West was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They took a 20-6 bruising from the Sheboygan North Golden Raiders. While losing is never fun, the Wildcats can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Wisconsin football rankings (they are ranked 347th, while the Golden Raiders are ranked 141st).

Green Bay West's loss dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Sheboygan North, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Green Bay West is set to take on their familiar foe Manitowoc Lincoln at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Sheboygan North will challenge rival Sheboygan South at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
