Basketball Game Preview: University Bulldogs vs. Holy Family Tigers

The University Bulldogs will square off against the Holy Family Tigers at 2:15 p.m. on Friday. University is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

University is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Wednesday. They took their game with ease, bagging a 65-23 win over D'Evelyn. The Bulldogs have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 17 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Janay Kravig went supernova for University, going 6-for-10 to rack up 17 points along with five assists and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Addison Harding, who shot 78% from the field en route to 15 points.

Meanwhile, Holy Family came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with three straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 41 points), and they left with even more momentum. They enjoyed a cozy 58-39 victory over the Mean Moose.

University pushed their record up to 26-0 with the win, which was their 20th straight at home dating back to last season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 58.4 points over those games. As for Holy Family, their victory bumped their record up to 17-8.

University strolled past Holy Family in their previous meeting back in February by a score of 53-38. Will University repeat their success, or does Holy Family have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
