Basketball Recap: Grace Christian Piles Up the Points Against Foundation Christian

Grace Christian's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They really took it to the Foundation Christian Falcons for the full four quarters, racking up a 63-35 win. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Crusader considering their 29-point performance the contest before.

Thad Shuler was nothing short of spectacular: he dropped a double-double with 34 points and 15 boards. Those 34 points gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Peter Moody, who went 5-for-10 on his way to 10 points and five rebounds.

The victory got Grace Christian back to even at 1-1.

Looking ahead, Grace Christian will host Bible Baptist Christian at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Foundation Christian will be paying especially close attention to the Crusader's matchup: after the Crusader face off against Conecuh Springs Christian, they'll take on Foundation Christian again at 6:00 p.m. on the 20th.
