Soccer Recap: Friendly Takes a Loss

There was early excitement for Friendly after they claimed the first goal on Monday, however, they wouldn't score again. They lost 4-1 to the International High School at Langley Park Bladensburg. Friendly have struggled against International High School at Langley Park recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive lost matchup.

Friendly's goal came courtesy of Andres Moscoso Avila, which was the first he's scored this season.

Friendly's loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Friendly will take on rival Fairmont Heights at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, International High School at Langley Park is set to square off against their familiar foe Central at 3:00 p.m. on Monday.
