Volleyball Game Preview: Weir Red Riders vs. Indian Creek Redskins

Weir is 1-9 against Indian Creek since September of 2015 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Monday. The Red Riders will be playing in front of their home fans against the Redskins at 6:30 p.m. Given that the two teams suffered a loss in their last games, they both have a little extra motivation heading into this contest.

Weir lost 3-0 to Wheeling Central Catholic on Thursday.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-12, 25-20.

Meanwhile, Indian Creek came up short against Barnesville on Saturday and fell 2-0.

Indian Creek's loss dropped their record down to 4-13. As for Weir, their defeat dropped their record down to 3-12-1.

Weir was able to grind out a solid win over Indian Creek when the teams last played back in September of 2024, winning 3-1. Do the Red Riders have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Redskins turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
