Soccer Recap: Chaffey Takes a Loss

Chaffey lost against Great Oak back in February of 2022 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Chaffey Tigers fell just short of the Great Oak Wolfpack by a score of 3-2. That's two games in a row now that the Tigers have lost by just one goal.

Chaffey has traveled a rocky road recently having lost six of their last seven matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 1-7-2 record this season. As for Great Oak, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 5-1-1.

Chaffey will head out on the road to face off against Chino Hills at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025. As for Great Oak, they will take on Palm Desert in a tournament on Friday. Great Oak is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 2.8 goals per game this season.
