Volleyball Recap: Kettle Moraine Victorious

Kettle Moraine's tournament run continued when they took on Kenosha Bradford on Saturday. The Lasers came out on top against the Red Devils by a score of 2-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Lasers.

Kettle Moraine not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Kenosha Bradford between 14 and 16 points across their sets. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-14, 25-16.

Kettle Moraine found their leader in freshman Layla Mathias, who had seven digs and two aces.

Kettle Moraine's win bumped their record up to 9-16. As for Kenosha Bradford, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost eight of their last nine matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 10-17 record this season.

Kettle Moraine has already played their next match, a 2-1 loss against Muskego on the 4th. As for Kenosha Bradford, they will square off against Wilmot at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
