Volleyball Recap: Salem Beats Casey-Westfield for Their Third Straight Win

Salem waltzed into their match on Saturday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top against the Casey-Westfield Warriors by a score of 2-0. That's more bragging rights for the Wildcats, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Salem's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Lauren Brubaker, who had 13 assists and eight digs. Those eight digs gave Brubaker a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Morgan Kurwicki, who had ten digs.

Salem's record now sits at 19-10. As for Casey-Westfield, they have been struggling recently as they've lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 18-12 record this season.
