Volleyball Recap: Chicago Military Academy Takes a Loss

Chicago Military Academy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Horizon Science Academy-Southwest Huskies. The Eagles were not able to make up for their loss to the Huskies from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

While Chicago Military Academy was not able to make it on the board, they still kept things close, especially in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 25-22, 25-16.

Chicago Military Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Horizon Science Academy-Southwest, their victory bumped their record up to 8-2.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. Chicago Military Academy will challenge rival Julian at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Horizon Science Academy-Southwest is set to take on their familiar foe Chicago Vocational at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
