Baseball Recap: Arlington Comes Up Short

Arlington managed to slip by Jackson the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Eagles lost 14-4 to the Timberwolves on Wednesday. That's two games in a row now that the Eagles have lost by exactly ten runs.

This is the second loss in a row for Arlington and nudges their season record down to 3-9. As for Jackson, their win was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 13-1.

While Arlington had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
