Basketball Recap: ConVal Takes a Loss

ConVal was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their 25th straight loss dating back to last season. They took a blow against the Laconia Sachems, falling 64-18. While losing is never fun, the Cougars can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' New Hampshire basketball rankings (they are ranked 87th, while the Sachems are ranked fifth).

ConVal's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Laconia, the win keeps them at an undefeated 11-0.

ConVal will be playing in front of their home fans against Lebanon at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Laconia, they will welcome Sanborn Regional at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
