Volleyball Recap: Avon Comes Up Short

If Avon was feeling good fresh off their 3-0 takedown of Letchworth on Monday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Braves lost 3-0 to the Bloomfield Bombers on Tuesday. The Braves have struggled against the Bombers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost matchup.

Avon's loss dropped their record down to 6-6. As for Bloomfield, the win keeps them at an undefeated 14-0.

Coming up, Avon will face off against Wayland-Cohocton at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Bloomfield does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
