 The Pinnacle Pioneers will be playing at home against the Gilbert Tigers at 4:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.
 Pinnacle is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another  one of Arizona's top teams: Basha, who was ranked 17th in their home state at the time (Pinnacle was ranked 21st). Pinnacle fell  11-7 to Basha on Saturday. Pinnacle's defeat signaled the end of their four-game winning streak.
 Pinnacle saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Colin Follmer, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-4. The team also got some help courtesy of  Matt Smith, who  scored a  run while going 2-for-4.
 Gilbert lost  11-2 to Queen Creek on Saturday. The  loss   continues a  trend for Gilbert in their matchups with Queen Creek: they've now lost five in a row.
 Pinnacle's defeat  ended  a  four-game streak of wins at home  and  dropped them to 14-12-1. As for Gilbert, their loss  ended  a  three-game streak of away wins  and  brought them to 16-14.
