Fairfield posted their closest victory since September 13th on Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out the Norris City-Omaha-Enfield Fighting Cardinals 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mules.

Fairfield had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 17-25, 28-26, 25-19.

Jensyn Robbins paced Fairfield's offense, picking up 15 kills. Robbins got some help from Alexa Newman and her 14 assists. Robbins was also solid from the service line: she led the team with two aces.
