Greenville is still winless after their contest against Deer Isle-Stonington on Tuesday, but the team can take solace in the fact it was the closest they've come to winning. They were two runs away from ending the streak, but they lost a 15-13 heartbreaker at the hands of the Mariners. On the bright side, the 13- run effort marked the Lakers' highest-scoring game to date.

Greenville's loss dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Deer Isle-Stonington, their win ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 3-9.

Coming up, Greenville will head out to challenge Penquis Valley at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
