Football Recap: Warwick Takes a Loss

Warwick was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They came up short against the Minisink Valley Warriors, falling 24-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Warriors this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 25-0 back in April.

Warwick's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Minisink Valley, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-1.

Warwick does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Minisink Valley, they will welcome Our Lady of Lourdes at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Minisink Valley will be up against Our Lady of Lourdes' rather soft defense (which has allowed 27.5 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
