Soccer Game Preview: Otsego vs. Eastwood

The Otsego Knights will challenge the Eastwood Eagles at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Otsego will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more goals each contest than the last.

Having struggled with four losses in a row, Otsego turned things around against Swanton on Monday. They and the Bulldogs finished up their match with a 3-3 draw. The only reason Otsego dodged a loss was the performance of Rafael Lopez, who scored every single goal for the team.

Meanwhile, Eastwood kept a clean sheet against Woodmore on Wednesday. They blew past the Wildcats 8-0. Eastwood might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won four matchups by four goals or more this season.

Otsego's draw makes their record 6-6-1 this season. As for Eastwood, their win bumped their record up to 7-5-1.
