The Bremond Tigers are taking a road trip to challenge the Thorndale Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bremond is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games.
Bremond barely beat Bartlett the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. Bremond put the hurt on Bartlett with a sharp 16-1 win on Friday. The Tigers might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won five games by seven runs or more this season.

Charlye Martin made a splash while hitting and pitching. She struck out eight batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits (and not a single walk). With that strong performance, she is now averaging an impressive 5.2 strikeouts per game. She was also stellar in the batter's box, scoring three runs and stealing a base while going 2-for-3. That stolen base marked the first that she snagged this season.
In other batting news, Addyson Young was a standout: she went a perfect 3-for-3 with three runs, three RBI, and two doubles. Samantha Lenamom was another key player, going 2-for-4 with one home run, three RBI, and two runs.
Bremond always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .613. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Bartlett only posted an OBP of .250.
Meanwhile, Thorndale posted their closest victory since May 8, 2024 last Tuesday. They had just enough and edged out Granger 6-5. The Bulldogs haven't had any issues with the Lions recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive win against them.
Karis Ginn spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered four earned (and one unearned) runs on seven hits and racked up six Ks. That's the fewest hits she has allowed since back in February of 2024.
On the hitting side, Brook Amidon was excellent, going 2-for-4 with two runs and one triple. Those two runs gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Raven Sandoval, who scored two runs while going 1-for-4.
Thorndale pushed their record up to 5-3 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.6 runs over those games. As for Bremond, their record now sits at 5-2.
