Basketball Recap: Mt. Abraham Comes Up Short

Mt. Abraham lost against Fair Haven back in January of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Mt. Abraham Eagles lost 71-49 to the Fair Haven Slaters.

Mt. Abraham has traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-4 record this season. As for Fair Haven, their victory was their first in the district, bumping their district record up to 1-2 and their overall record up to 5-3.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mt. Abraham will square off against Otter Valley at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday. Otter Valley will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Mt. Abraham surely won't give up without a fight. As for Fair Haven, they will take on Burr & Burton at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Fair Haven is coming into the match hot, having won their last three games.
