Basketball Game Preview: Gering Bulldogs vs. Bridgeport Bulldogs

The Gering Bulldogs will face off against the Bridgeport Bulldogs at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Both teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'.

Gering came up short against Sidney on Saturday, falling 65-45.

Meanwhile, Bridgeport came up short against St. Patrick's on Saturday and fell 50-42.

Gering will need focus on slowing down Logan Levick, one of several Bridgeport players who made an impact when they last played. He posted eight points and seven boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Gage Nein, who put up nine points.

Gering's loss was their fourth straight at home dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Bridgeport, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 1-1.
