Basketball Recap: Central Red Devils vs. Dexter Tigers
Central lost against Dexter back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Central Red Devils had to suffer through a 64-34 loss at the hands of the Dexter Tigers.
Bryce Cooper had an outrageously good game for Dexter as he went 9 for 14 on his way to 18 points and five steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Isiah Robinson, who made all 5 shots he took racking up 14 points in addition to six rebounds and three blocks.
Central's loss dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Dexter, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-0.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Central will welcome Piscataquis at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Dexter, they will look to defend their home court on December 20th against Penobscot Valley at 6:30 p.m.
