After a string of five wins, Tennessee's good fortune finally ran out  on Saturday. They took  a  2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the William Blount Governors.
 The final score came out to 25-13,  25-21.
 Zoey Phillips paced Tennessee's offense, picking up five kills. Phillips got some help from  Bree Adams and her nine assists.
Tennessee's loss dropped their record down to 22-8. As for William Blount, the  win (which was their 21st in a row) raised their record to 27-1.
 Tennessee has already played their next matchup,  a  3-0  victory against Sullivan East on the 29th. As for William Blount, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  contest,  a  2-0  win against Alcoa on the 29th.
