Foley put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victor by a 58-36 margin over the Baldwin County Tigers. Given the Lions' advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked ninth, while the Tigers are ranked 209th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Foley pushed their record up to 15-0 with the victory, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Baldwin County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-6.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Foley will be taking part in a tournament against Hoover at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Baldwin County, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Gulf Shores at 6:00 p.m. on January 10, 2025.
