Softball Recap: Summit Storm vs. Bend Lava Bears

Summit was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight loss. They lost 9-0 to the Bend Lava Bears. That's two games in a row now that Summit has lost by exactly nine runs.

For Bend's part, Addisen Fisher was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, keeping things locked down with no earned runs or hits while striking out 18 over 6.1 innings pitched. Fisher has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in six consecutive pitching appearances. Fisher was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with a home run.
