Archbishop Mitty came tearing into Thursday's match with five straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Valley Christian Warriors. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

Archbishop Mitty's got stronger as the match went on, holding Valley Christian to fewer and fewer points set over set. The final score came out to 25-20, 25-17, 25-10.

Archbishop Mitty's win bumped their record up to 27-3. As for Valley Christian, their loss ended a five-match streak of wins at home and dropped them to 17-7.

Archbishop Mitty does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Valley Christian, they will head out to face off against Saint Francis at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
