Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy hasn't had much luck against College Prep & Leadership Academy recently, but that could start to change on Tuesday. The Phoenix will head out to take on the Royals at 5:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy came up short against South Davidson on Thursday, falling 3-0.

The loss didn't mean the game wasn't competitive: South Davidson scored at least 17 points in every set. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-21, 25-17, 25-21.

Meanwhile, College Prep & Leadership Academy lost 3-0 to Chatham Central on Thursday.

The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 25-19, 25-19.

Winston-Salem Preparatory Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 2-15. As for College Prep & Leadership Academy, their loss dropped their record down to 3-14.
