Soccer Recap: Manhattan Comes Up Short

Manhattan fell victim to Seaman and their airtight defense on Thursday. They came up short against the Vikings, falling 4-0. Manhattan were not able to make up for their defeat to Seaman from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Manhattan's loss dropped their record down to 0-3-1. As for Seaman, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Manhattan will welcome South on Tuesday. As for Seaman, they will face off against Basehor-Linwood at 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday. Basehor-Linwood's last four matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one.
