Recap: Del Norte Knights vs. Albuquerque Bulldogs
The Del Norte Knights suffered their biggest loss since December 14, 2023 on Saturday. They were beaten by Albuquerque 74-39. Del Norte was given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Albuquerque apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in January of 2023.
Francois Satchivi was Del Norte's leading scorer, having posted six points.
Julian Castillo held things down on the boards with five rebounds. He took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with two assists.
Del Norte's defeat was their fourth straight at home, which bumped their record down to 4-11. As for Albuquerque, the victory makes it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 9-5.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Del Norte and Highland will face off at 7:00 p.m. on January 16th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
