Sixty-four California games had combined scores of 100 or more.

See the Lakewood quarterback against Compton in the state's highest scoring game of the year.
There were 64 high school football games in California this season that hit the Century Mark.
100 combined points! Bad defense or prolific offense? That's debatable. What's not debatable is a few of these high-scoring affairs were nail-biters. There were four games decided by one point, two contests whose margin was two points and one where the winner and loser were separated by three points.
Aquinas and Luezinger scored 127 points together with the Falcons barely edging the Olympians 64-63 in a Nov. 25 Southern Section Division 10 semifinal.
Oaks Christian - which appears on the list four times - scored a one-point, triple-overtime 63-62 win over Alemany on Sept. 26. The Lions lost 70-62 to Murrieta Valley, beat Chaminade 65-55 and handled Newbury Park 63-49.
Three schools topped 80 points in their high-scoring victories. Wilcox downed Saratoga 83-48, University Prep beat Elise Allen 82-32 and Lakewood beat Compton 80-64 in the high scoring game of the season.
