Volleyball Recap: Chadwick Picks Up Fourth Consecutive Victory

Chadwick won the last time they faced Calvary Baptist and things went their way on Thursday too. The Dolphins blew past the Cougars 3-0. The win was familiar territory for the Dolphins, who have now won four games in a row.

Chadwick walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the third set). The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-21, 25-14.

Connor Jordan paced Chadwick's offense, picking up six kills. Jordan got some help from Grayson Gervais and his 18 assists. Gervais was also solid from the service line: he led the team with six aces.

Chadwick pushed their record up to 13-10 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home. As for Calvary Baptist, they are on a 17-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-16.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Chadwick will host Rio Hondo Prep at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. The Kares will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Dolphins surely won't give up without a fight. As for Calvary Baptist, they will square off against New Roads at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Cougars are facing the Jaguars at the right time seeing as the Jaguars are stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
