Soccer Recap: Kennedy Find Success

Kennedy kept a clean sheet against Manual on Tuesday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the team sidled past the Thunderbolts 1-0. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Kennedy were the better team in the second half.

Kennedy's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-6-1. As for Manual, the loss snapped their winning streak at four matches and leaves them with a 4-2-1 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matches. Kennedy will take on Denver West at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday. Denver West's last three matchups have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. As for Manual, they will square off against Windsor Charter Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
