It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Pocatello can now relate to. They fell just short of the Skyview Hawks by a score of 6-4 on Friday. The Thunder's defeat signaled the end of their 14-game winning streak.

Oakley Hirschi made the most of her time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs and one double. The team also got some help courtesy of Jordy Snell, who went 2-for-4 with one double and one RBI.

Pocatello's loss dropped their record down to 22-5. As for Skyview, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won nine of their last ten matches. That's provided a massive bump to their 15-14 record this season.

As of now, neither Pocatello nor Skyview have any future games scheduled.
