Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Troy). They never let the Albany Academy for Girls Bears get on the board and left with a 14-0 win on Friday. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Flying Horses considering their two-run performance the contest before.

Troy's victory bumped their record up to 8-4. As for Albany Academy for Girls, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-3.

Looking ahead, Troy will head out on the road to challenge Saratoga Springs at 4:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Albany Academy for Girls, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Maple Hill at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. The Wildcats will roll in looking for their 11th straight win, something the Bears surely won't give up without a fight.
