Baseball Recap: Haskell Picks Up Second Consecutive Win

Haskell barely beat Morrison the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Haymakers beat the Wildcats on Thursday by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 14-4. Considering the Haymakers have won 16 games by more than five runs this season, Thursday's blowout was nothing new.

The win made it two in a row for Haskell and bumps their season record up to 19-9. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 8 runs in those games. As for Morrison, they dropped their record down to 20-8 with the loss, which was their third straight on the road.

As of now, neither Haskell nor the Wildcats have any future games scheduled.
