Basketball Game Preview: Presidio Blue Devils vs. Eastlake Falcons

The Presidio Blue Devils will take on the Eastlake Falcons in a holiday battle at at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

Presidio's tournament run continued when they took on Permian on Saturday. The contest between Presidio and Permian didn't end well, with Presidio falling 65-49. While losing is never fun, the Blue Devils can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas basketball rankings (they are ranked 625th, while the Panthers are ranked 94th).

Meanwhile, the stars were shining brightly for Eastlake in a 49-34 win over Socorro on Tuesday.

Eastlake has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five games, which provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season. As for Presidio, their defeat dropped their record down to 10-7.
