Basketball Recap: Conneaut Takes a Loss

Conneaut was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They had to suffer through a 69-34 loss at the hands of the Madison Blue Streaks. The Spartans were probably out for revenge after losing 92-47 to them when the teams met back in February, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Conneaut's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Madison, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-2.

Conneaut will venture away from home to take on Liberty at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Madison, they will be home for the holidays to greet Edgewood at 12:15 p.m. on Saturday.
