Baseball Game Preview: Bishop Loughlin Lions vs. Christ the King Royals

The Bishop Loughlin Lions will face off against the Christ the King Royals at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.

Bishop Loughlin will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they only put up two runs on Tuesday, then bounced right back against Nazareth on Thursday. The Lions blew past the Kingsmen 12-1.

Meanwhile, Christ the King put another one in the bag on Friday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against Cathedral Prep as they made off with an 11-4 win. Fans of the Royals have seen this all before: every one of the games they've played this season has ended in a blowout of 6+ runs.

The victory got Bishop Loughlin back to even at 3-3. As for Christ the King, their win bumped their record up to 4-0.
