Basketball Game Preview: Ruskin Golden Eagles vs. Truman Patriots

Ruskin is 0-4 against Truman since January of 2015 but things could change on Monday. The two teams will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m.

Ruskin is headed into Monday's contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their 19th straight game dating back to last season on Thursday. They took a 49-40 hit to the loss column at the hands of Winnetonka.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Truman, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They took down Chrisman 37-18 on Thursday.

Ruskin's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Truman, their win bumped their record up to 2-3.

Ruskin took a serious blow against Truman in their previous matchup two weeks ago, falling 53-12. Can Ruskin avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
