Basketball Recap: Conner Takes a Loss

Conner was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They fell 65-54 to the Dixie Heights Colonels. The contest marked the Cougars' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Conner now has a losing record of 2-3. As for Dixie Heights, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Conner didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 72-70 loss against Beechwood on the 18th. As for Dixie Heights, they are taking a road trip to face off against Augusta at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
