Hershey was the 2-0 winner over Perkins County when they last played one another on Tuesday, but their luck changed this time around. The Panthers took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Plainsmen on Saturday. The Panthers' defeat signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Their offense was headlined by Alexis Pinkerton and Kenna Bringewatt, who picked up five kills apiece. They got some help from Demi Damoude and her eight assists.

Hershey's loss dropped their record down to 17-10. As for Perkins County, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 14-14.

Coincidentally, Hershey and Perkins County will both be playing Chase County the next time they take the court. The Plainsmen will head out to face the Longhorns at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, while the Panthers will head out to face them on Tuesday.
