Basketball Recap: Tracy Now 10-1 over Last 11 Games

There's no place like home for Tracy, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 51-48 win over the St. Mary's Rams on Wednesday. For the Bulldogs, this counts as revenge for the 66-39 victory the Rams walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2024.

St. Mary's lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being William Weathington, who went 5 of 9 on his way to 11 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jayden Hinkston, who posted ten points and five assists.

Tracy is on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 games, which provided a nice bump to their 13-2 record this season. As for St. Mary's, they moved to 8-8 with that defeat, which also ended their three-game winning streak.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Kimball the next time they take the court. St. Mary's will host Kimball at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, while Tracy will head out to face them at 7:30 p.m. on Monday.
