Southeast is preparing for their first district matchup of the season on Wednesday. They will head out on the road to take on the Center Yellowjackets at 4:30 p.m.

Southeast is leaving town to face Center after disappointing their home crowd in their season opener. Southeast lost 23-0 to Harmon on Tuesday. Sadly, the loss continues a streak the team started last season, making it eight in a row.

Meanwhile, Center had to kick off their season on the road on Monday, but they showed no ill effects. They never let Central get on the board and left with a 20-0 victory. The Yellowjackets haven't had any issues with the Blue Eagles recently, as the game was their third consecutive win against them.

Milton Brown made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he pitched two innings while giving up no earned runs off one hit. Brown was also solid in the batter's box, scoring a run while going 1-for-2.
