Basketball Game Preview: Pequea Valley Braves vs. Lancaster Mennonite Blazers

Pequea Valley is 0-10 against Lancaster Mennonite since January of 2018 but things could change on Tuesday. The Pequea Valley Braves will face off against the Lancaster Mennonite Blazers at 7:30 p.m. Both come into the matchup bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Last Saturday, Pequea Valley strolled past Upper Dauphin Area with points to spare, taking the game 54-39.

Meanwhile, Lancaster Mennonite was able to grind out a solid victory over Sun Valley on Saturday, taking the game 41-34. The 41-point effort marked the Blazers' lowest-scoring game of the season, but in the end it didn't matter.

Pequea Valley has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-9 record this season. As for Lancaster Mennonite, their record now sits at 14-2.

Pequea Valley was dealt a bruising 64-31 loss at the hands of Lancaster Mennonite in their previous matchup on January 3rd. Can Pequea Valley avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
