Softball Recap: Robinson Comes Up Short

Robinson and Liberty squared off in some playoff action on Friday, but Robinson had to settle for second. They came up short against the Panthers, falling 14-0. The Rockets haven't had much luck with the Panthers recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Robinson saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kimber Weaver, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one stolen base.

Robinson's loss dropped their record down to 20-13. As for Liberty, the win (which was their 23rd in a row) raised their record to 35-5.

As of now, neither Robinson nor the Panthers have any future games scheduled.
