Soccer Recap: South Dade Comes Up Short

South Dade and Palmetto squared off in some playoff action on Tuesday, but South Dade had to settle for second. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Palmetto Panthers. The defeat continues a trend for the Buccaneers in their matchups with the Panthers: they've now lost six in a row.

South Dade's loss dropped their record down to 9-5-1. As for Palmetto, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 11-4-1 record this season.

South Dade does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Palmetto has already played their next contest (against Coral Reef), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
