Volleyball Recap: Sharon Takes a Loss

Sharon was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss. They were a single set away from ending the streak, but they lost a 3-2 heartbreaker at the hands of the Foxborough Warriors. Eagles fans who chose to attend the game sure picked the wrong one: it was the first time the team has lost against the Warriors since Monday.

Sharon's record is now 2-9. As for Foxborough, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-10.

Looking ahead, Sharon will challenge Franklin at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Panthers will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Eagles surely won't give up without a fight. As for Foxborough, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Norfolk County Agricultural on the 30th.
