Soccer Game Preview: Colquitt County vs. Camden County

Colquitt County hasn't had much luck against Camden County recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Packers will be playing in front of their home fans against the Wildcats at 5:30 p.m.

Colquitt County is headed into Friday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fifth straight game on Tuesday. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of Fitzgerald.

Camden County hadn't beaten Lowndes on the road since March 1, 2019 but that history sure didn't bother them on Tuesday. The Wildcats blew past the Vikings 4-1. The result was nothing new for Camden County, who have now won 11 matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Camden County is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 12-2 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 47 goals over those eight games. As for Colquitt County, their loss dropped their record down to 5-10.
